Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days once your payment has cleared into our account, we will send your parcel. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated as per below.  This is only a guideline.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes ships to fixed addresses and not P.O Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been despatched containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods (in its original condition) before filing a claim.

  2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed.
  3. Affix pre-addressed return label

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will send you a confirmation e-mail.


Note 1. is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damage or stolen while in transit.

Note 2. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a store credit. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.
